Looks like a period piece, nice wood finish

The price is really good, and I had been searching for this kind of box. I initially got the larger one but also found a perfect use for the smaller one!

Too small to hold much

Remember to check the dimensions before buying! I made the mistake of not doing that. It's cute and well made, but it's really small.

exactly what I wanted

It's exactly what you'd anticipate for its price. It's crafted from faux leather and wood, and there are snaps beneath the straps that have buckles on them.

Nice chests. The large isn't much larger than the medium, both are pretty small.
